Ingredients

500 grams cheese tortellini

1/4 each onion – finely chopped

3 slices bacon – diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

8 ounces cream

4 ounces plain yogurt

100 grams blue cheese – crumbled

Lots of pepper

Preparation

Saute onion and bacon in olive oil. At serving time, add cream, yogurt, cheese, and pepper. Warm through.

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Toss with sauce.
