Ingredients

1/2 package cream cheese

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

1/2 container heavy cream

1/2 container fresh raspberries

1/4 cup raspberry jam

Dessert sponge cups

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat in heavy cream. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Melt jam over low heat. Turn off heat and stir in berries. Let cool.

Spoon custard over dessert cups and top with jam and berries.
