Ingredients

1 stick of butter

3 cups ritz cracker crumbs

8 ounces of sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

4 whole chicken breasts

Preparation

Par boil chicken for approximately 20 minutes, cut into bite size pieces. Combine 1 can of soup and sour cream. I usually use 2-3 cans of soup and 16 oz of sour cream. Mix this with the chicken. In separate bowl, crumble the ritz crackers and mix with stick of melted butter. Put chicken into glass lasagna pan and top with buttered crumbs. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
