Ingredients

RUB:

3 T salt coarse

3 T Dk brn sugar

3 T Paprika

2 T Bk pepper

1 T Garlic Powder

1 tsp ground cumin

SAUCE:

2 C Ketchup

1/2 c dk molasses

1/3 c bourbon

1/4 c dijon

3 T ht pepper sauce

2 T worcestershire

2 t paprika

1 tsp garlic powder and onion

Preparation

Rub shrimp overnight.

For sauce: combine ingredients and bring to boil med heat , decrease to low and simmer for 15 mins.

BBQ:

grill shrimp till done, wipe on sauce and serve with sauce on side.

** Soak 2 c Hickory chips for 1 hr.
