Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
3 3 large shallots chopped
5 5 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 bunches 2 small bunches broccolini chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
1 box box of tubetti
1/3-1/2 cup 1/3-1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
1.5 tablespoons unsalted butter– as needed to decrease saltiness
Preparation
bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1/4 cup salt
meanwhile, heat oil in frying pan and add shallot, garlic and red pepper flakes and sauce
cook broccolini in the salted water for about a minute and remove with a slotted spoon– let water keep boiling for the pasta
add pasta to the water and cook about 10 min-*** SAVE 3/4 CUP OF THE PASTA WATER
add broccolini, pasta and some of the pasta water to the frying pan and mix together
add the parmesan cheese to the frying pan
add some unsalted butter to decrease the saltiness
