Ingredients

2 cups dry pasta shells or macaroni

2 170g cans of tuna or salmon

1 10 oz can condensed cream soup: broccoli, mushroom, celery

1-2 cups frozen peas or mixed vegetables

1 cup skim milk

1 cup shredded cheese, stronger the better

pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cook pasta for 7-10 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Combine fish, soup, veg, pepper and milk. Mix with pasta and put in 2 L buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350F for 30 minutes, until bubbling.
