Ingredients

1 lb sushi grade ahi tuna (or other firm fish), cut into 1/4" pieces

8 lemons, juiced

4 limes, juiced

2 jalapenos diced, seeds removed

1 small red onion, diced

1 avocado, diced

1 mango, diced

2 tablespoons chopped basil

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix the tuna with citrus juices, jalapenos, & onion in non-metallic bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight. Mix the avocado, mango, basil, and cilantro into marinated tuna mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.
