Ingredients

4 cans Chunk light tuna in water

4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp Olive oil

1/2 red onion, diced

1 Celery stalk

1 Tbsp capers

Black pepper

8 slices whole-grain bread

16 Tomato slices

4 Lettuce leaf

Preparation

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Top on slices bread with lettuce and tomatoes.
