Ingredients
1 can albacore tuna
2 large flour tortilla
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces chopped onion
4 ounces chopped kalamata olives
1 ounces chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 ounces fresh spinach
2 ounces salad dressing
2 ounces chopped dill pickels
Preparation
mix tuna with chopped olives, onions, pickles, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chives, to create tuna salad
distribute tuna salad to tortillas
top with fresh spinach and dressing, along with any other desired embellishments
fold or roll tortilla and slice into sections as desired
