Ingredients

2 cans Italian tuna packed in olive oil

1 cup black olives, chopped

1 can quartered artichoke hearts

1 can chickpeas

1 garlic clove

Juice of 1 lemon

Olive Oil

Bread - baguetts or rolls or small loaves

Preparation

Mix the chickpeas, garlic, and 1/4 cup or more of water in a food processor until smooth. Add more water as needed.

Mix the tuna, olives, artichoke hearts, and chick peas together and spread onto the bread.
