Ingredients

3 pieces Turkey breast

3 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons oil

1/2 cup apple vinegar

1/2 cup chicken stock

5 ounces white grapes

1 pinch salt and pepper

Preparation

Put cutlets, put between wax paper and flatten

Season the flour with salt and pepper and coat each cutlet

Heat oil and saute each cutlet for 3 minutes on each side

Remove cutlets from pan.

Pour vinegar and stock into pan, boil to reduce slightly.

Halve grapes and stir into sauce.
