Ingredients

1 Turkey Carcass from maple roasted turkey

3 cups Leftover turkey stock

2 cups Leftover butternut squash stuffing (Rachel Ray)

1 quart Chicken stock

4 cups Water

4 carrots

4 celery

1 onion

4 Fresh sage leaves

2 Bay leaves

4 cups Leftover turkey

Preparation

Place carcass in dutch oven with stuffing, vegetables, herbs and liquid to cover carcass.

Simmer for 2-4 hours.

Remove carcass and pick clean. Add meat to soup

Boil noodles separately and add to soup.
