Ingredients

3 cups turkey stock

2 chopped and seeded chiles

4 slices turkey bacon

1 lb. ground turkey

1 onion

5 cloves garlic

Red pepper flakes

Tomato paste

2 cans black beans

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 cup coffee

Paprika

Coriander

Cocoa

Cinnamon

Grated cheddar

Preparation

Boil turkey stock with chiles. Simmer 10 mins.

Remove peppers and puree.

Chop turkey bacon and cook 3 minutes. Add turkey meat and cook 5 minutes.

Chop onion and garlic. Add to pan and cook 5 minutes.

Add pepper flakes and tomato paste. Cook 1 min.

Add broth, pureed peppers, beans, tomatoes, coffee, paprika, coriander, cocoa, and cinnamon.

Bring to a boil and simmer 15 mins.

Serve topped with cheese.
