Ingredients

4 lbs. lean ground turkey

4 cups chard cut up

2 cups finely chopped onion

1 cup finely chopped celery

1.5 c. grated carrot

1.5 c. finely chopped red bell

4 garlic cloves, minced

4 eggs

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

4 tsp. dry mustard

4 c. quick oats

1/4 c. polenta/cornmeal

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. With your hands, mix will.fill loaf pans - makes about 3, depending on pan size. Top with ketchup and bake in 350 oven for 1.5 hrs.
