Ingredients
1 teaspoon cinamon
1 tablespoon toasted coriander
2 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Lowrys seasoned salt
8 pounds Butterball Turkey Breast with breast bone
Preparation
oven 250
mix rub material in a bowl and rub thoroughly into the turkey
set turkey on a rack in a roasting pan on a pce of foil for 2 hours
remove from oven, wrap thoroughly and tightly in foil and replace in oven for at least 3 more hours
at this point, keep it wrapped until you are ready to carve it up, or let it return to room temp and then refrigerate until you are ready to carve
