Ingredients
3 cups of cooked turkey, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 stalks of celery finely chopped
Mayonnaise (about 3/4 cup)
Garlic salt (about 1 teaspoon)
Salt (about 1 teaspoon)
Fresh ground pepper (about 2 teaspoons)
Preparation
Combine turkey, cranberries, almonds and celery in a large bowl. Season with salt, garlic salt and ground pepper and add mayo. Continue to stir ingredients. Use electric mixer to combine and shred turkey. Continue to add mayo, salt, pepper and garlic salt and mix/stir until done.
