Ingredients

1/3 cup Chopped Onion

1/3 cup Chopped Pepper

1 tablespoon Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Coriander

1 teaspoon Oregano

20 ounces Ground Turkey

1.5 cups Tomato Sauce

3/4 cup Chicken Broth

1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar

1.5 teaspoons Light Brown Sugar

Preparation

  1. Saute chopped onion & peppers. Midway through add spices, salt & pepper–saute.

  2. Push veges to the side. Add more oil and ground turkey. Salt & pepper turkey. Break up and saute until no longer pink.

  3. Add tomato sauce, broth, vinegar, sugar. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and other spices to taste.
