Ingredients

1 cup Grapefruit sections

1 1/2 cups Orange Sections

1/2 cup Drained Crushed Pineapple

1 piece Medium Banana

1/2 cup Maraschino Cherries

2 tablespoons Butter

2/3 cup Sugar

3 tablespoons Quick Cooking Tapioca

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 package 9" Pie Pastry

Preparation

Section and remove the pith on the orange and grapefruit

Slice the banana and halve the cherries

Combine all ingredients except pastry and butter

Pour into unbaked pie shell and dot with butter

Top with pastry

Bake at 425 deg in oven for 10 minutes

Reduce heat to 350 deg and bake for an additional 40min until crust starts browning

Remove from oven and let it cool for several minutes before serving
