Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) container non-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons dried chives

1/2 teaspoon dried dill

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Grate cucumber.

Combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, parsley, mint, cilantro, chives, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
