Ingredients

4 slices of bread

250gm curd

Salt & Black pepper to taste

50gm Zeera powder

Green chutney

Red chutney

100 gm crushed coconut

Preparation

Remove the brown portion of bread.

Take 1 slice of bread dip it in water and squeeze very lightly.

Take that slice in hand and fill crushed coconut in it and fold it.

Keep folded bread slice in a plate and pour beat curd on it and add pinch of salt and pepper according to taste.

Now pour green and red chutney on it.

Garnish it with jeera powder and serve it.
