Ingredients

125 g butter

300 g dark chocolate, chopped

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup all purpose flour

2 Tbs milk

1 cup almond meal

5 eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 160C/320F. Line round baking tin with parchment. Place the butter and chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water ensuring that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Once melted, add the sugar, flour, milk and almond meal and mix to combine. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and cover with foil. Bake 45 min or until the inside is set and not wobbling. Remove the foil and cool in the tin.
