Ingredients

3 Large Eggs

1 Heaped tablespoon of Daisy sour cream

1 tablespoon of Country Crock Margarine

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Crack the eggs into a medium non stick pot, add margarine. Place on a medium high heat. Stir the eggs gradually with a spautula (Do NOT WHISK or Beat) until the margarine begins to melt and the egg white becomes opaque, Remove from heat and continue stiring and place on and off the heat alternately while cooking. When the eggs are 75% finished add the sour cream and fold in. Rempve from heat and allow to finish cooking with the residual heat and add salt and pepper to taste. (a small amount of grated cheese can be added if desired0
