Ingredients
2 sheets Sesame Crepe Wrap
2 ounces Black Rice
2 slices Avocado
1 stick Cucumber
2 ounces Spicy Tuna
1 teaspoon Spicy Mayo
3 pinches Burnt Leek
1 teaspoon Smelt Egg
1 teaspoon Tempura Crispies
Preparation
Apply the black rice to the rough side of the two crepes
Place the two crepes vertically side by side, rice facing up, on a sushi mat
Place avocado, cucumber, and spicy tuna on top of the rice
Roll tightly using the mat
Cut into six pieces and line on a plate in a row
Add spicy tuna to a pastry bag and top sushi pieces with tuna
Paint rolls with spicy mayo
Sprinkle with burnt leek
Top each roll with smelt eggs
Sprinkle tempura crispies
