Ingredients

2 cans pitted black olives

2 cans green olives or pieces

1 head fresh cauliflower or 1 package frozen

1 large onion (about 1/2 pound)

2 jars (12 oz) small pickled onion

6 green peppers

2 cans small shrimp

3 cans chunk tuna

4 regular bottles ketchup (60 oz total)

1 cup vinegar

1 1/2 cup corn oil

Fresh slice mushrooms (2 cans stems & pieces)

Preparation

Chop or slice all ingredients; drain cans. Heat oil. Add onions, green peppers and mushrooms (if fresh). Saute 2 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients. Cook until it boils, then simmer 10 minutes. Put into sterile jars and seal, or freeze in containers. Makes 10-12 pints
