1.5 cup pure water or skim milk
1.5 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup chopped pear
4 cube Add ice for extra thickness
1 scoop Greenergy (Optional)
1/4 cup OmegaEnergy Mix (Optional)
1 tablespoon OmegaEnergy Oil (Optional)
