Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened

2 c. sugar

6 eggs

1/2 c. milk

1 (12 oz.) box Vanilla Wafers, crushed

1 c. shredded coconut

1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  • Grease and flour a 9" bundt pan.
  • In a medium bowl cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  • Beat in wafers alternating with the milk.
  • Stir in coconut and walnuts.
  • Pour mixture into bundt pan.
  • Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes before inverting it onto your serving platter.
