Ingredients
1 pound chicken or veal
1/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic
4-5 mushrooms
dash cayenne
1/bullion cube
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup marsala
parmesan cheese
Preparation
Coat meat with parmesan cheese Brown in butter & garlic. Remove meat; saute mushrooms in butter Remove and then add cayenne, water,and bouillon to butter in pan. Return veal and mushrooms. bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.Add Wine and cook 5 more minutes.
