Ingredients

2 Medium cucumbers

1 Purple Onion

1 large carrot

1/4 Habanero pepper

3 Lemons

Soy sauce

Water

Preparation

1.- Peel the cucumbers and cut them in slices, then cut every slice in two. Cut the onion in slices (pole to pole) and the carrot in stripes

2.- Blend the 1/4 of habanero pepper, the juice of three lemons and a little water

3.- Put all vegetables in a bowl and add the habanero/lemon mixture, and add soy sauce too

4.- Let it rest for 10 minutes and serve with corn chips (“tostadas”)
