1 cube EARTH BALANCE

1 cup COCOA POWDER

2/3 cup COCONUT MILK

2 tablespoons CORN SYRUP

13 tablespoons POWDERED SUGAR

Preparation

BLEND COCOA AND SUGAR IN A BOWL. SET ASIDE.

MELT EARTH BALANCE IN A SAUCEPAN. WHISK IN COCOA SUGAR MIXTURE. GRADUALLY ADD COCONUT MILK. ADD CORN SYRUP. COOL BEFORE ICING CAKE.
