Ingredients

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. butter

1 chopped onion

5 chopped garlic cloves

1 chopped bell pepper

12 chopped baby carrots

1 lb. ground turkey

1 turkey sausage

1 sliced zucchini

1 package sliced mushrooms

1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes

28 oz. chicken broth

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 cup red wine

1 chopped tomato

1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1 can white beans

1 can kidney beans

Chopped fresh basil

Chopped fresh parsley

Chopped fresh rosemary

Dried oregano

Red pepper flakes

1 cup whole wheat pasta

1 bag baby spinach

Black pepper

Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Heat oil and butter 1 minute.

Add onion, garlic, carrots, and bell pepper and cook 6 min.

Add meat and saute 5 min. Drain.

Add tomatoes, broth, beans, wine, vinegar, mushrooms, zucchini, and herbs. Bring to a boil and then simmer 15 mins.

Add pasta and cook 15 mins.

Add spinach and cook 4 mins.

Add black pepper. Serve topped with cheese.
