Ingredients

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Yellow Onion

4 ounces Snow Peas

1/2 package Fresh Baby Corn

2 stalks Broccoli

1/2 cup Soy Sauce (Gluten free if desired)

2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1 cup Rice (if desired)

2 tablespoons Olive or Vegetable Oil

Preparation

Cook rice according to package

Preheat olive oil on low heat in frying pan or wok

Cut the pepper, onion, broccoli and baby corn to desired sizes. Add the onion to the pan and cook on medium-high heat until golden brown. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and cook on medium low for about 15 minutes

Serve with rice
