Ingredients
28 ounce Diced Tomatoes
2 15 1/2 ounce Chili Hot Beans
8 1/2 ounce Sweet Golden Corn
8 1/2 ounce Sweet Peas
8 ounce Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 cup Onion, Chopped
2 cups Italian Squash, Chopped
1 package Hot Chili Seasoning Packet
4 tablespoon Tajin Hot Sauce
2 tablespoon Butter
Preparation
Wash and Chop all fresh ingredients first, then set aside.
Add butter in a stockpot, then add the onions. Cook until the onions are translucent.
Add the Italian Squash and Mushrooms, cook until soft, about 10 minutes.
Add all the canned items, then mix. Add the hot sauce and seasoning packet. Mix.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to low to medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Serve on top of elbow macaroni or rice.
