Ingredients

2 Eggs

1/2 cup Milk or Buttermilk

1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce

1 1/2 cups Flour

1 tablespoon Salt

1 tablespoon Paprika

1 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/3 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Chicken (however much chicken you want to cook. Don’t let me set your diet.)

Preparation

Break down whole chicken

Combine First Three Ingredients in Large Bowl

Soak Chicken in Wet Ingredients for an hour or more

Mix Dry Ingredients in a one gallon Plastic Bag

Heat Oil to 350 Degrees

Remove a few pieces of chicken from wet ingredients and add to bag of dry.

Shake chicken until coated with dry ingredients

Continue with rest of the chicken. Put on plate while oil heats.

Drop a few pieces of chicken into oil at a time. Let cook completely. I don’t know how long to tell you to cook, but it will float and get golden brown before it is done. It’s 20 minutes or so.

Repeat with rest of chicken.

Eat!
