Ingredients
1 lb penne pasta
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup vodka
1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
1 can (28 ounces) crushed plum tomatoes
1 1/8 cup heavy cream
2 diced slices of prosciutto (1/4 inch slices) 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cook pasta
in separate pan melt butter over med. heat then add vodka and pepper flakes/
simmer for 2 mins.
add tomatoes, prosciutto, and heavy cream
simmer for 5 mins
add cooked pasta to sauce
reduce heat to low and add parmesan cheese
mix thoroughly and serve.
