Ingredients
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup butter
1/3 cup cold water
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Mix in the water until just combined. Shape the dough in a ball, flatten, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Preheat oven to 190 C. Roll dough to fit in a 25 cm tart shell, crimping the edges. Perforate the bottom with a fork, line with aluminum foil and fill with pie weights. Bake until set but not browned.
