1 bunch Lettuce

2 pieces Tomato

250 g Rusks

5 pieces Eggs

25 milliliters Milk

100 g Sour cream (low-fat)

5 g Salt (to taste)

Preparation

Each leaf lettuce thoroughly wash and lay out on a towel to dry. Then, take a large bowl, which we will cook the salad and shred random with hands lettuce into small pieces.

Separately, in a frying pan cook omelets any way you like. For eggs, you can add a tablespoon of milk. Salt and pepper - to taste. The resulting mash should be poured in a preheated pan with oil.

In the course of preparation - we actively mix omelet. Because we need for our salad airy pieces of the resulting omelet.

To lettuce add sour cream and mix.

Then add the diced tomatoes. Again easy to mix.

Add the rusks. Add some salt and a little bit as well mix.

Now it’s time to put our hot omelet. Mix a little bit.

Lay out a salad on plates prepared in advance. (You can put all the salad on a large platter or common portions each in a separate small plate).
