Ingredients
seedless watermelon, cut into 1" cubes
1/4 balsamic reduction syrup
mint or basil leaves for garnish
Preparation
Cut watermelon into cubes. Use melon baller o carve out center of each cube. Leave sides and bottom intact. Turn cubes over and set on a paper towel to drain for at least 20 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap until readyf ro use. Add a few drops of balsamic reduction syrup to center and place each cube on a mint or basil leaf.
