28 ounce canned whole tomatoes or rotel tomatoes
2 bay leaves
2 onion soup
3 onions, large
3 green peppers
1 celery
1 pound carrots
1 head cabbage
1 bunch parsley
1 garlic to taste
1 tablespoon rice vinegar to taste
