Large beef brisket
Preparation
Work Adobo sauce into large beef brisket and pour on top. Put in pan with some water to cover bottom. Cook 4-5 hours at 350, adding water as needed so that it never completely dries. remove fat, shred, and mix with a bit more paprika, cumin, allspice, and salt (only if needed).
