Ingredients
1 C lentils
1/2 C tomato sauce
4 T olive oil
1 onion finely chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1 stalk celery finely chopped
1 clove garlic
5 C water
1 t salt
Preparation
sort and wash the lentils place all ingredients in a large saucepan cover and boil reduce heat and cook for 1 1/2 hours remove the garlic before serving add a dash of vinegar
