Ingredients

Potatoes (organic, non gmo)

Butternut or Delicata or another not too sweet squash (equal amount as potatoes)

Onion

Coconut oil (a little more than enough to cover pan)

Turmeric (optional)

Cumin (optional)

Salt

Black pepper

Preparation

Chop onions, potatoes, and squash. Start sauteeing onions and then add potatoes and squash on top. Can also just put them all in together at the same time. Add spices to taste during cooking and mix once in a while to get everything well cooked.
