Ingredients

3 cups sliced mushrooms

1.5 yellow onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

1/2 cup Dry White Wine

1/4 cup Heavy Cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground coriander

Preparation

Slowly melt butter in sauce pan, add onion and cook until translucent, add garlic.

Add mushrooms and cook until they release liquid.

Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flake, and coriander.

Add white wine and reduce by half, and heavy cream, check seasoning.
