Ingredients
l c brown rice
l c wild rice, boil with 2 cups water till tender
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp mustard
salt
1 tsp tarragon leaves, more
1/3 c rice wine vinegar, some sweetened too
1/3 cup olive oil
2 green onions (more)
1/2 c + frozen green peas
2 oz toasted pecans chopped
chopped sun dried tomatoes
2 Avocadoes diced
Preparation
Cook brown and wild rice and while still warm pour on the dressing. Let cool then add rest of ingredients and avocados and nuts at the last
