Ingredients
2 cups - cooked wild rice (1/2 cup uncooked)
2 - large apples
1 Tbsp - lemon juice
1 Tbsp - brown sugar
2 ribs - celery, sliced
1/3 cup - mayonnaise
1/2 cup - dairy sour cream
lettuce
Preparation
Chill the cooked wild rice. Dice the un-pared apples and toss with a mixture of the lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir in the celery and wild rice. Blend the mayonnaise with the dairy sour cream and toss into salad ingredients, mix well. Chill thoroughly, but no longer than 6-8 hours. Serve on lettuce.
