Ingredients
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. butter
Fresh oregano
Red pepper flakes
Tabasco
2 chicken cutlets
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup white wine
1 package sliced cremini mushrooms
1/4 cup capers
Preparation
Pulse garlic, butter, oregano, red pepper, and tabasco in food processor.
Slice a pocket in each cutlet and spread butter mixture inside.
Heat olive oil 1 minute.
Cook chicken 4 minutes per side.
Pour wine into skillet and add mushrooms and capers. Bring to a boil.
Cover and cook on low for 10 mins.
