Ingredients
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 teaspoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
24 ounces frozen or canned corn
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Cook onion and butter until onion is translucent, then blend in salt and flour. Add sour cream slowly, stirring until smooth. Bring to boil. Add corn and mix well, then mix in 1/2 cup bacon. Sprinkle remaining bacon on top. Put in refrigerator to keep. Shortly before meal time, heat on stove top or in microwave.
