Ingredients
3 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
10 ounces Woodchuck Amber Hard Cider
1 cup Your favorite barbecue sauce
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
Preparation
Add chicken to Instant Pot
Add liquid and other ingredients to cover chicken
Pressure cook on high for 40 minutes. Use natural pressure release.
Remove chicken to large bowl, reserving cooking liquid. Shred chicken using two forks. Add cooking liquid to desired consistency.
Serve on rolls of your choice with extra barbecue sauce and/or hot sauce, if desired
