Ingredients

4 pieces Chicken Breast

2 cups Hawaiian BBQ Sauce

1 piece Ginger Piece

1 cup Hawaiian BBQ Sauce

1/3 cup Peanut Butter

Preparation

Peel and grate ginger piece

Combine first 3 ingredients and marinate for at least 2 hours

Spread out on paper towels for about 30 minutes to dry at room temperature.

Put onto kebab sticks and grill for 4-5 minutes per side

Combine 1 cup hawaiian BBQ sauce and 1/3 cup PB and baste chicken

Serve with plain white rice
