Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1 RawSpiceBar’s Za’atar Spices
2 cups pita breadcrumbs
1 large head cauliflower
3 eggs
1 dash Kosher salt to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees and cut cauliflower into large florets.
Mix RawSpiceBar’s Za’atar spices, pita crumbs and salt to taste in a small bowl. Set aside.
Beat eggs and slowly add the flour until well combined.
Dip each cauliflower floret in egg mixture to coat fully. Roll cauliflower in breadcrumb mixture to coat full again. Place cauliflower in a greased baking dish. Repeat until all florets are breaded.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cauliflower is tender when pierced with a fork.
