Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
2 cups pita breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 large head cauliflower
3 eggs
Kosher salt to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 F degrees and cut cauliflower into large florets.
- Mix RawSpiceBarâÂÂs ZaâÂÂatar spices, pita crumbs and salt to taste in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Beat eggs and slowly add the flour until well combined.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in egg mixture to coat fully. Roll cauliflower in breadcrumb mixture to coat full again. Place cauliflower in a greased baking dish. Repeat until all florets are breaded.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cauliflower is tender when pierced with a fork.
